Bring documents from your computer, Google Drive or configured Dropbox and Slack connections. QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books can import supported linked attachments. Pro and Scale add a private forwarding address for supported email attachments. Review saved results in one workspace before choosing a destination.

You can also choose how inference runs. Use hosted document AI, bring your own provider key, connect an OpenAI-compatible endpoint or keep supported work local with Ollama. The review screen and export shape stay the same.

Accounting and file connections need destination setup, plan access and, for OAuth, server configuration. The workspace reports whether a connector is configured. The guides below cover file exports, API and webhook recipes, and AI provider choices separately.

Accounting and connected file workflows

Check the required plan, connection availability and destination mappings before planning a batch or upgrading. OAuth connections must be enabled by the service and authorized for your account.

Bring files in

Dropbox

Import documents and save extracted tables to Dropbox.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Connect a Dropbox account and choose the files or export folder.

Imports use the normal file, storage and processing allowances.

Set up Dropbox in the app

Slack

Import channel files and request exports with Slack messages.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Connect Slack, invite the app to a channel and select one intake channel.

Intake uses supported files from the connected user. Result delivery uses an explicit export command.

Read the Slack setup guide

Prepare accounting entries and imports

Tally

Download balanced sales or purchase vouchers as Tally XML.

Starter and above. Download XML, then test and import it in your Tally company. No live connection or master creation.

Before you start. Supply the exact Tally company, existing party and ledger names, voucher date and number.

Download Sales/Purchase XML for a test import. No direct posting, master creation or inventory movements.

Read the Tally export guide

Zoho Books

Import invoice and bill attachments, or create entries with the source attached.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Authorize an organization and review contact, currency, account and tax mappings.

Source attachment delivery needs a stored supported PDF or image, up to 5 MB. Check attachment status separately from entry creation.

Set up Zoho Books in the app

FreshBooks

Create draft invoices or record expenses.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Connect a business and review client, invoice or expense fields before sending.

Expense exports use a supported gross total and category. They do not create a line-by-line purchase bill.

Set up FreshBooks in the app

QuickBooks Online

Import linked documents, or create invoices and bills with the source attached.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Authorize a company and review customer or supplier, product/account and tax mappings.

Creates invoices or bills. A source attachment needs a stored supported file up to 25 MB; check its delivery status separately.

Set up QuickBooks Online in the app

Xero

Create draft sales invoices or purchase bills.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Select the organization and map contact, account and tax fields.

Creates draft sales invoices or purchase bills. Review the draft in Xero; this does not approve payment or reconcile a bank account.

Set up Xero in the app

Send rows to other destinations

Airtable

Map extraction columns to fields and create records.

Starter and above. Connect and configure the destination in your workspace.

Before you start. Provide an authorized token, select the base/table and map extraction columns to writable fields.

Only supported field types can receive mapped records. Check the destination records after export.

Set up Airtable in the app

Pick a connector

Extract document data using LLMs through a REST API

IN + OUT: /api/v1/extractions, /api/v1/infer, /api/tokens

Extract document data using LLMs through the Dynamite Docs REST API. Submit files, retrieve structured rows, and manage scoped keys within plan limits.

Automate document extraction using AI with Make

IN + OUT: /api/webhooks, POST /api/v1/infer

Automate AI extraction using Dynamite Docs with Make scenarios. Verify signed webhooks, use scoped APIs, and map reviewed rows with delivery error handling.

Automate document extraction using AI with Zapier

IN + OUT: /api/webhooks, POST /api/v1/infer

Automate AI extraction using Dynamite Docs with Zapier catch hooks and scoped APIs. Verify completion events and map reviewed fields into downstream actions.

Connect the tools that hold your documents and data

Each guide names the route, plan requirement and operating limit behind the connector. That includes details such as webhook retries, endpoint count and upload limits, plus the checks your team still owns.

All connectors use the same extraction pipeline. A file that arrives through Google Drive or the API gets the same review controls and leaves through the same export builders. CSV, JSON and XLSX do not quietly change shape because the delivery method changed.

Start with the tool that holds your documents or receives the reviewed results. Each guide walks through setup and the first delivery.

Questions, answered

How do I bring documents into Dynamite Docs?

Select a local file in the Library, import from Google Drive, use configured Dropbox or Slack intake, import supported QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books attachments, or submit files through the REST API. Pro and Scale also support forwarded email attachments. Paid cloud uploads store originals within your allowance; Free originals remain browser-only. Each route has its own setup and file limits.

How do I send extracted data out?

Download CSV, JSON or XLSX with a Free account. Paid capabilities add document exports, Google Sheets, Drive, configured Tally Sales/Purchase XML, accounting destinations and mapped Airtable records. Accounting exports require reviewed fields and destination mappings. An extraction.completed webhook reports extraction completion, not human approval.

Do I have to use Dynamite Docs’ AI models?

No. Every plan can bring its own key for a provider in the registry or connect an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. BYOK on Free and Starter uses monthly PE; BYOK on Pro and Scale is unlimited. Starter, Pro, and Scale can also run the local Ollama companion. Hosted routing is the no-key option.

Are these integrations actually available?

The listed workflows have app support. Availability for your account depends on plan access, server configuration and destination authorization. Check the connection status in the workspace and test one reviewed result before sending a batch.

Extract a document and test a connector or read the public API and webhook guide.
