We help accountants, bookkeepers, and small businesses turn everyday documents into data they can check and use.

Dynamite Docs extracts structured data from supported business files, including invoices, receipts, contracts, statements, and forms.

Upload a file, let the system infer the schema, review the values, and save corrections as reusable patterns. No fixed extraction template or model training is required.

The workspace is built for finance, audit, and operations teams that need document data in reviewable rows before it reaches a spreadsheet or another system.

Why we built it

Accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, and operations teams often move the same kinds of values from invoices, bank statements, and contracts into spreadsheets. Fixed templates add another maintenance task when a supplier changes its layout.

Dynamite Docs keeps the source file, extracted rows, field review, correction patterns, provider choice, and exports in one workspace. Teams can change providers without rebuilding the surrounding review process.

How it works

The core loop is infer → correct → remember. Digital PDFs can supply an embedded text layer before schema inference. Scanned or photographed pages need a vision-capable model. The workspace supports hosted providers, your own provider key, and local Ollama inference on eligible paid plans.

Extracted fields include confidence information for review. When you correct a value, the workspace can save a pattern for a similar layout. Review still matters because a reused pattern does not prove that the next document is correct.

Security and privacy stance

Dynamite Docs does not use customer documents to train foundation models. Hosted and own-key requests are also subject to the selected provider's handling terms. Check the provider and routing policy before processing sensitive documents.

Stored files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and provider keys are stored encrypted server-side. Free source files are not saved in cloud file storage. Hosted and own-key inference sends document content through our server to the selected provider. Signed-in extraction results and metadata may be saved to your workspace. Starter, Pro, and Scale add cloud storage. Browser-only storage does not make hosted or own-key AI inference local.

AI settings show provider trust metadata. Policy controls can restrict provider selection by training policy or data-residency label. On Starter, Pro, and Scale, the signed companion can route inference to a local model. Local Ollama inference runs on your computer; account and workspace features remain hosted.

We build tools for the document work we know: extracting fields, checking them against the source, and sending reviewed data to the next step.

About the team

Dynamite Docs is built by a small team of accounting professionals and developers founded by Shivam. We are based in a small city in Maharashtra, India.

Built around checking the source.

Document extraction is only as good as the review step. If you cannot see where a value came from and correct it beside the original, AI speed turns into spreadsheet cleanup.

We're a small team of accounting professionals and developers, based in a small city in Maharashtra, India.

We kept seeing the same gap: raw OCR returned text, fixed templates needed maintenance, and one-off chat answers still had to be copied into a spreadsheet.

The missing workflow was source review. Someone needed to see the document beside editable fields and rows, correct mistakes, and keep the accepted structure for the next similar file.

That is the job Dynamite Docs is built around. It proposes fields and tables, keeps the source visible, saves confirmed corrections as patterns, and exports the result a reviewer accepted.

The product supports one-file trials, recurring batches, hosted or own-key providers, local Ollama inference, and delivery through spreadsheets, APIs, and webhooks.
