Accounting, operations and product teams share the same hard part: turning inconsistent files into data they can trust.

Dynamite Docs reads invoices, receipts, statements, purchase orders, contracts and other business documents. Reviewers check the source beside the extracted fields and rows before anything moves downstream.

Each team can keep the tools that already own the work. Accounting keeps its ledger, operations keeps its process system, and developers keep their application contract. Dynamite Docs handles the document intake, review and handoff between them.

Within your account, use folders and labels to organize client or month-end work and reopen saved extraction results. Free originals stay in your browser; paid cloud storage also keeps the source file. Starter and above add durable Jobs for stored inputs. Pro and Scale add supported email attachment forwarding.

Test a document. Start with the file that creates the most manual copying or review work.

Decision register

  • Accounting: Invoices, receipts and statements
  • Operations: POs, contracts, certificates and forms
  • Developers: JSON, scoped tokens and signed webhooks
  • Handoff: Excel, Sheets, Drive, files or API

Start with the team that owns the next decision

The review flow stays consistent. What changes is the document mix, the output contract and who approves the result.

Accounting firms

Turn client invoices, receipts and bank statements into consistent rows. Reuse correction patterns, check totals against the source and export into the firm's existing workbook or accounting import.

Developers

Put a stable document contract in front of the model. Use scoped API tokens, structured JSON and signed webhooks while keeping hosted, own-key, custom and local model routes replaceable.

Operations teams

Structure purchase orders, contracts, certificates, forms and invoices before approved data moves to procurement, compliance, project or vendor systems.

One workflow, three ways to use the result

The document is only the starting point. Choose the route based on the checks your team must make and where the approved data belongs.

TeamTypical documentsReview focusNext destination
Accounting firmsInvoices, receipts, bank statements and tax formsVendor, dates, tax, line items, totals and balancesExcel, CSV, Google Sheets or accounting import
DevelopersPDFs and images submitted by an applicationRequired fields, types, failures and idempotencyJSON response, webhook consumer or internal API
Operations teamsPOs, contracts, COIs, forms and vendor filesIdentifiers, dates, money, limits and missing fieldsProcurement, compliance, project or vendor system

A shared path from source file to approved data

  1. 1. Define the handoff. Choose the fields, row shape and destination before processing a batch.
  2. 2. Extract the document. Use hosted processing, your own provider key, a custom endpoint or local Ollama.
  3. 3. Review against the source. Resolve low-confidence values and check identifiers, dates, amounts and missing fields.
  4. 4. Send the approved result. Export the checked rows or pass them to the application that owns the next action.

Use the AI route that fits the file and policy

A clear invoice PDF, a blurred receipt and a dense contract do not need the same model. Keep the review and export flow stable while the team changes the provider route.

Every plan supports provider keys. Pro and Ultra include unlimited own-key processing, while Hobby, Pro and Ultra can use the local Ollama companion. Policy controls can narrow the providers available for sensitive documents.

  • Hosted: Use plan processing without managing a provider account.
  • Own key: Connect an encrypted key from a provider your team controls.
  • Custom: Use a compatible endpoint and keep the same review workflow.
  • Local: Run model inference on a workstation through Ollama.

Compare hosted, own-key, custom and local AI routes.

Your existing system still owns the work

Dynamite Docs prepares reviewable document data. It does not replace the controls or records your team already relies on.

  • Accounting staff remain responsible for entries, reconciliations, tax treatment and final books.
  • Operations staff keep approvals, policy checks and process status in the owning system.
  • Developers validate required fields, secure tokens and make webhook consumers idempotent.
  • Every team reviews extracted values before they trigger a financial or operational action.

Questions about for your team

How can I organize work for different clients or departments?

Use folders, labels and search within your account, and reopen saved extraction results when needed. These organization controls do not establish shared multi-user access or department permissions. Apply your access and retention policy before uploading live files.

Can each workflow use different fields?

Yes. The schema can follow the document and the required output. Review inferred columns before repeating the workflow across a larger batch.

Can results move into our existing tools?

Yes. Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets or Drive, or use scoped API tokens and signed webhooks for an application workflow.

Do we have to use one AI provider?

No. Choose hosted processing, connect your own provider key, configure a compatible endpoint or use local Ollama where the plan supports it.

Continue with the exact document task

Test a document or compare processing, storage and integration limits.
